How To Rent

Our quick-and-easy three step rental process!

1) Choose Your Trailer

Browse trailers and their availability right here on our website. When you find the one you want, select your dates, pick up/drop off times, and request your rental. Not sure what kind of trailer you need? Give us a call at 512-584-5671 and we’ll point you in the right direction.

2) Driver’s License, Insurance, and Rental Agreement  

After you request your rental, you’ll get a link text messaged directly to your phone where you’ll be able to submit photos of a valid driver’s license, insurance information for your towing vehicle, and complete the renter’s agreement. Your reservation is not confirmed until after this agreement is completed.

3) Pick Up and Haul Away 

Head to our office at 18 Lake Dr. Round Rock, TX 78665 at your requested pick-up time. Payment is due at pickup, and we’ll be there to help you get hooked up and on your way. Keep in mind pick-up times are between 7AM – 7PM (Monday- Friday) and 7AM – 2PM on Saturdays. Drop off can happen at any time.

Assisted Pickup, Contactless Dropoff

Pick-up happens between 7AM-7PM (Monday-Friday) and 7AM – 2PM on Saturdays. We’re onsite and will have your trailer prepped and ready for pickup by the time you get here. Payment is due at pick up, and we’ll be available to help get your trailer safely and securely hooked up and get you on your way.

Dropoff can happen at any time at the same location you picked up from. If you plan to drop off before our after hours, shoot us a text and let us know. 

Cancellations and Extensions

We understand things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations after a reservation has been confirmed may be subject to a no-show charge ($50). If you think your rental might take longer than initially booked, no problem. Let us know and we’ll extend your booking for you by either an hourly or daily rate depending on what’s needed.
